Actually that was the worst experience anyone would have! Literally they made my case a nightmare. They kept hiding files, holding the court’ emails on me and only pulling money from me. They are too rude, never responds to any of my requests. I had a divorce case with them since March 2019, all papers are signed from both me and my ex though they did nothing. I checked the case myself in the court and I was informed that for 9 months they didn’t contact any of the court clerks for my case. Lots of secrets and suspicions about this office. You better read the reviews before going to them I did bad not making good research on them.

While I cannot attest to any of Mr.Shymko's abilities as far as court or having him retained, I can say, that I had called for a free 30 minute consult. As a self represented litigant, I've had a mountain of obstacles to tackle. I've done a paid consult and talked to a couple other lawyers regarding my case. In all of these instances, I've recieved very little actual belp. Only lawyers telling me as little as they can in order to entice me to retain their services and keep me in the dark as to what manner of action may actually give me the best chance of success or be the most favorable strategy. Reception was extremely bright and cheerful and happy to help. Mr.Shymko himself gave me over an hour of his time with no commitment on my part, nor did he ever seem to elude to the fact that I should be retaining him for my best chance of success. He was transparent and presented many strategies that if I were to have had when I'd first spoken to the previous lawyers, I would have been miles ahead in regards to my desired outcome. He also provided me with excellent direction as far as what moves I should make now. He was respectful and genuinely seemed to have a vested interest in helping parents in avoiding undue hardship in their family law issues. Helping to create a more positive environment for all involved. I would suggest at least giving him a chance despite these negative reviews. Make a choice to hire family law counsel out of a place of strategic necessity. Not out of the fear mongering tactics of big hot shot lawyers who will keep you in the dark. Do the work yourself and then decide as to whether or not you actually need help. There are plenty of resources available to all you just need to do the work. When you've done so, call Mr. Shymko to confirm your decisions and direction and have him help you strategize. Thanks for your help.
