I really enjoyed my experience with Global Physiotherapy. From being greeted with a smile at the door to very efficient check in and check out the staff made this easy and enjoyable. Yvonne Keats is kind, empathetic, and was able to quickly sort out the problem and help resolve it. In her treatment room you felt like you were chatting with an old friend you haven't seen in years. It was such a pleasant departure from the norm in customer service today, that I felt compelled to let Global know how I felt.

I’ve been to several physiotherapy clinics. Global Physiotherapy is the first one that assessed me head to toe to get to the root of my pain. I worked with several physiotherapists along the way and they were all fantastic at taking the time needed to gather information before each treatment session. They gave me options on treatments and took my feedback on the results from my previous session. Each physiotherapist was highly trained and had years of experience. My journey to healing my back has taken a couple of years, and they did not give up on me! I feel like I now have the tools to move forward. I highly recommend this clinic to my friends and colleagues.

Jeri was amazing to work with! I am not originally from the Sherwood Park area and had to rely on reviews to find help for my injury and I was very please when I found Global Physio. Jeri found previous injuries and areas I struggled with plus help treat my initial reason for coming! I could not be more happy with the results and the timely manor in which results were achieved! Would definitely recommend!

I would highly recommend Global Physiotherapy to anyone wanting physiotherapy. All my family have attended the clinic at one time or another for various sporting injuries. My son injured his back playing football and required manipulation and treatment with Regenerative Photonic Therapy. He was given an exercise program to follow at home and made a full recovery after only a few treatments. We found the Physiotherapist extremely knowledgeable and professional. The clinic is very clean and offers private consulting rooms which we liked as most clinics are now open concept. The Reception Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
