They are ok here but some of their therapists I feel could do more to help. I feel a good deep massage could help a lot more people out in physio. I never once got that here and I think it would of definitely helped my condition. Instead they use tenz machines and these suction things. They are ok but old school deep therapy is what I think I at least needed.

I have been to this clinic twice now. Once for rehab from torn tendons and ligaments in the right knee and ankle about 11 years ago and this past year before COVID-19 hit for a car accident. They are thorough and are very conscientious about paper work for insurance companies. I felt very comfortable with my personal fitness before going to the clinic so being able to work with Alan really made a difference in my rehab. Alan didn’t butter things up much. When COVID-19 happened, the timing was coincidentally the same as the time my vehicle insurance stoped coverage. Although I have double Blue Cross family insurnace for further rehab without question, for some reason after two phone calls and one follow up I fell completely out of the radar. I have fallen so far behind in condition at this point due to COVID-19 as others have so its start more or less over. I recommend the clinic for people whom are physically fit and the injuries can be masked by your strength in other areas. Be persistent if you feel you need confirmation from imaging like an X-ray and what not, as with any clinic the “we should “ can carry on a while so be proactive they have several clients.

I made the mistake of getting an assessment from my car accident here. I was upfront and told them I haven’t decided on a treatment option yet. I was considering a chiropractor. I should have just went straight to the chiropractor... They had no clue my back and neck were out of alignment from their assessment..and they proceeded to put a hot pad on my shoulder and electrodes on my arm and charged my insurance for a session on top of the assessment. Then on top of that they asked me when I was coming back…tomorrow? How about never again. My chiropractor sent me for x-rays before he would adjust me. That’s the way it should’ve been done....

The WORST PhysioTherapy clinic ever, no communication between therapist and clinical staff who shows you the exercise. My symptoms got terribly worse in first week. Physio therapist treats you like a number, does not care at all and does not listen to what you have to say. Terrible experience!!! Waste of money and time !!! (1/10)

Finally remembering to write this review when a friend asked about a good physio to go to. NOT THIS ONE. They attempted to shame me into using all of my insurance coverage on physio and tried to talk my out of seeing my massage therapist and acupuncturist (who did way more for my injury than these jokers) These folks were surface level friendly but very pushy and not understanding abut scheduling and demanding to know why I couldnt come as often as they would like and when I told them my situation the woman on the other end went "uhhh well find time to come in" and hung up (a family member passed a week after my accident and i was completely destroyed). When it came to the actual treatment.... They REFUSED to give me any excerises to work on until my second last visit!! I had to take a photo of one of their stretch posters just to get some info. All they would do is hook up a tens machine to me (which i have at home and told them as such) and then tell me we'd do exercises next time..... One of the time the therapist didnt even tell me we had finished the session... He just took the tens off withouth saying anything and left. I waited for 10 minutes before wandering out. No emloyee said anything to me.
