I had a very good and through assessment done for me when i first walked in their clinic by Aaron. He is great, good listener and very through. He knew how to ask me the right questions and what I might be feeling. Then for my following sessions Kay- Ann Robinson was the one who took care of my progress and all the details of my sessions. She is AMAZING. She is a great listener, very knowledgeable, pays full attention to details and to the patient she is taking care of. Thank you for making me feel a lot better..

If you have spouse and using both coverage don’t go here. They have no idea how to use their billing software. And they admit it. Something so basic as spelling a persons last name they can’t do.literally! They tried to tell my spouse my coverage wouldn’t cover his 20% he owed that was left from his coverage but in all reality it was because they spelt his last name wrong! They said they tried so many times and blamed it on having two coverages as the error but it clearly says that the information they were entering wasn’t correct and there was a validation problem. I tried to explain that to them but they did not try to re enter is it was a I don’t care attitude. the field they are in they should at least know how to look at last names on the doctors notes and the patients info they give and spell it correctly for billing, this is so basic it annoyed me they couldn’t do this! I am glad to not go here now knowing that your in the hands of someone who can’t even look at a piece of paper and reiterate what’s written into a billing program. And this includes the owner/manager as the reception said they tried “so many times” and has been in the field for so many years. However would not listen to what I knew the problem was and fix it and do it properly. Mind blown 🤯
