The focus of this clinic is so different - focusing on the whole person, and promoting quality of life. Murray has been instrumental in addressing my chronic pain in a holistic way that has resulted in real improvement. He expresses care for mental health, outlook, and perception, and has worked hard to facilitate setting goals and making meaningful change. He is caring, personable, and empathetic.

Hands down some of the best care I have ever received! They’re a comprehensive team that can help you tackle your day to day pains and struggles whether physical, emotional or both. Their classes, one on one plans and counselling will give you the tools and resources that you need to start living a more functional, healthier life while teaching you more manageable ways to live with your pain. Highly recommended!

A Christmas and New Year's wish for all the staff To Anthony a clean white board and a clear eraser To Brent smooth swings To Murray more patient 'old guys' To Leah fewer 'old guys' seeking free consultations for self inflicted injuries. To Dr. Chan a new treadmill To Dr' Niggam It's true, The Brain Knows How to Heal... To Greg Compassion is a blessing. To Erik Fewer grumpy 'old guys' begging for free resistance bands. To all, I'm deeply in your debt, THANK YOU

Leah was very helpful in the diagnosis and working with my dad during COVID in helping him with his medical treatment. Big thanks to her and her staff.

Fair is fair, and when great people do great things, they and the public should know. As well, the public should be aware of the excellence that exists to help people struggling to do daily things. This is such a case. I just completed a very intense and challenging program relating to work related trauma. For those out there who have severe trauma, you will know how debilitating this is in your life and in the lives of others who are in your life. First, let me tell you that the trauma program I just finished at Lifemark called the TPI program actually works. I would note that it was one of the most difficult things I have ever done. I was told upfront and throughout that it's not a "cure all". It was also made clear to me that I cannot stop working daily on my trauma and related issues. No, if I want to get healthier and make my life better, I must continue to work very hard every day as, in my case, the trauma looks like it will be a life long challenge. At the start of this program I did not believe that what was described to me (exposure therapy) would work. In fact, I thought I would just get worse. Nope, exposure therapy does the opposite. Again, I'm not "out of the woods", but at least I can see a path forward. That's something I never thought I would see. While the program has proven research based positive results, I imagine that it also depends heavily on who delivers the program. Here is where I was particularly blessed. I need to note that this review was not solicited or sought by anyone, and it was my decision alone to give it. The program was administered by psychologist Felicia Anderson and occupational therapist Erika Job. It's clear that these two professionals know their stuff, and excel at delivering this program. I would be on solid ground in saying that I am also 100% confident that they would excel in delivering any type of therapy. I feel very blessed and fortunate that these two fine professionals were assigned to my case. I was so relieved that they kept me focused, accountable and motivated. I was hesitant in providing this review, as mental health is still in the dark ages, despite the public messaging that it isn't. So, I was worried about this being made public and my name being seen. Trust me, I still get the stares and commentary when I mention my issues. We're a long way from it becoming like a "broken leg", Long long way. Sad, but true. But me staying silent just lends itself to this pathetic stigma. Felicia and Erika helped me to handle this as well, and encouraged me to accept my unique state of mind and work with it and not against it. Most importantly, I learned that the more we keep these things secret, the more difficult it becomes to become healthier. All to say, I highly recommend the program, Lifemark, Felicia Anderson and Erika Job.
