Highly recommend Jade for Physio and Matt for Massage. Very grateful for their expertise. They have literally been "Integral" to my recovery from a MVA. I came to Jade discouraged, overwhelmed and in a lot of pain. She is thorough and identified issues that had been overlooked. She got me on the right track quickly. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable and listens. Jade utilizes a variety of techniques to restore mobility and address vestibular issues. I really like the exercise app they have too. Matt is a massage muscle wizard! He magically identifies stubborn knots and increases mobility dramatically. Thank you so very much Jade & Matt, and to the entire Integral Clinic team for showing me new exercises and being so warm. You're the best!

I had a car accident a month ago, and Integral Physiotherapy & Sports Clinic really helped me with my speedy recovery. You would feel very at home and welcome here. Form their friendly staffs down to their knowledgeable Physiotherapist/Owner Adam, and RMT Matthew. You would not regret choosing this clinic, they will be there for you every step of the way. If only I could remember all the ladies’ and gents name I would’ve included it here.

After almost six months of chronic migraines and neck pain with little to no relief despite visiting many health professionals, I am SO happy I found Jade at Integral. After one visit, I have mobility back in my neck and my first day with zero migraine pain. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the clinic, and everyone I worked with was kind, empathetic, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I sincerely can't wait to go back for another treatment.

I've been seeing Adam for years for chronic neck/back issues and he's amazing. Would never go to anyone else. Super knowledgeable and offers a variety of treatments.

Highly recommend this clinic. Have been coming here for about 10 years when hurt. The physiotherapist, Adam, is a very good Physiotherapist and communicator; listens to your ailments carefully. His treatments work very well. His staff is very productive and pleasant.
