Coeur Physiotherapy

I had an excellent experience at Coeur Physiotherapy. I went in for tension headaches, and within a few treatments I felt remarkable improvements. Adam made the whole experience very positive and attainable - the exercises were well explained and demonstrated, and every treatment was thorough. No more headaches for me! I also LOVE the women who work up front! They treated me and all other patients like friends they were happy to see. I'm actually really going to miss seeing them! I highly recommend Coeur Physiotherapy.

The Staff at Coeur Physiotherapy are amazing! Filip helped and guided me finding relief with my ankle injury. The treatments sessions included a combination of specialised manual therapy techniques, stretching and exercises. Our goal was to get me return to play sports safely as soon as possible for soccer and hockey seasons. I was able to improve my joint mobility, balance and strength much faster than I thought I would with Filip's creative approach. He even followed up after my treatment with an email that summarized exercises and stretching to do at home - which was very useful and appreciated!

I highly recommend Adam if you are dealing with vertigo issues. I have seen other physiotherapists who are trained in dealing with vertigo, but did not have the success that I have had with Adam. He is able to go beyond textbook cases. He does not settle for anything less than 100% improvement. He also gave me exercises to prevent future episodes, which I did not receive from other physiotherapists. He has a beautiful clinic, with a very welcoming staff, and free parking downtown!!

Adam and the team at Coeur Physio are nothing short of amazing!! Adam at worked on two separate knee injuries of mine years ago and they have now never been stronger! Recently returned for issues regarding my shoulder where he was able to help recalibrate my movements and mitigate all the pain I was having. Super friendly staff when booking appointments, that make the effort to know your name when you arrive. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommend anyone dealing with an injury to give them a shot!

I've gone to multiple physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists over the last 10 years, but only Adam @ Coeur has been able to fix my neck. I would wake up with horrible neck pain and have neck stiffness all day. Adam used IMS and manual manipulation to fix my neck, and then actually provided me with 8 - 10 techniques to strengthen my neck and keep it loose. Thank you so much, Adam.
