Helpful and polite staff. I was worried that due to them being in a tourist town that prices might be high - I was wrong! Thank you Gourlay!!!!

Waited so long in line with zero acknowledgement (only person waiting). All I needed was to be pointed in the direction of a good “cold & flue” medication box + some vitamins like C & Garlic or similar. Did not get help from the staff member instead had to wait for a pharmacist to stop what they were doing to take me to the item on the shelf in the store. Not very helpful & soooo long.

Absolute treat! We arrived to Banff and were missing some medication for our son. Team at Gourlay’s helped sort us out! Whole experience couldn’t have been better! Just a nice group of people.

Just rude. You come in to ask for help and advise, and the woman at the counter just didn’t seem to have any interest in helping you. We were talking to her for less than a minute and she stretched her hand to the customer behind me to take his stuff to get his payment, while I was still talking to her. How rude. My partner too was shocked. Are you here just for the money or to help people to heal? Maybe you should reconsider your profession.
