The group of people working at Alta-Sask Wellness in Cold Lake are really great. I had my first crushed/broken bone ever in my life and the team of physiotherapists were very helpful with educating and rehabilitating so I could use the muscles and bones again. I would recommend taking the chance to just see them once and make your own decision on whether to keep going. My personal opinion would be to keep going.

My mom attended a back pain workshop at Alta sask after dealing with back pain for years. After seeing Jeremy she is pain free! She can’t believe she lived with pain for all those years and a solution was here in cold lake. Thank you Jeremy and Patricia from many experiences you guys are amazing!

I had shoulder pain for months before visiting Jeremy at Alta-Sask. I am not sure why I waited so long to see him. After 6 weeks of treatment my shoulder pain was gone. I can't believe I dealt with that for months. Thanks Jeremy for getting me back swimming!
