As a first time home buyer, we felt that Bernard took his time to explain all the documents thoroughly. It made us feel assured of what we were signing. He was very patient and answered all the questions we had - we didn't feel rushed at all. His staff are also very friendly and helpful! Christina went above and beyond to contact our Lenders to verify information on our behalf just to make sure everything was good to go. Regine was extremely pleasant to communicate with - she gave us a list of what we needed to bring to the meeting, replied quickly to our emails, and followed up with us a week before the meeting.
