We took one of our dogs for the first time in November and the vet and receptionist were very nice. My female Norwegian Elk Hound is very skittish and the vet we used to take our our dogs to, were not letting me go into the vet with my dog. But taking our pups to St. Francis pet hospital, let me go in with my dog. My female was very comfortable with the vet. We will continue to take our dogs to this vet.

This is probably the only Vet I will see, unless it is a specialized circumstance and it must be someone Dr. Bal recommends. I found Dr. Bal when my Springer spaniel was about 15 years old and started showing signs of a diabetic. He was able to quickly confirm that is the case, explained what my next steps should be and roughly the cost to keep my boy in good health. When it was time for that boy to finally get his wings, Dr. Bal came to the house and helped us through the steps (Pre-covid). Since then he's been seeing all my pets. He's very kind and advises the best steps possible. I never feel like Dr. Bal is trying to just make money, he's a genuine animal lover.

Dr. Bal and Sarah were very thoughtful, conscientious, compassionate and caring when I recently had to put my girl to sleep. Definitely an awesome vet practice!

We’ve always had a great experience with the friendly vet technicians and Dr. Bal. I appreciate that he took the time To explain to us difenent treatment/medication options for our dog when he was ill, and explained the different costs associated as well (he didn’t jump To the most expensive thing).

Excellent vet and techs. It's more than just money for them. What matters to me most is how they treat my animals behind closed doors. At St. Francis I trust Dr Bal with all my animals and our family couldn't be more happier to have him as our long term vet for all our of special needs animals. Reasonable rates, quick, respectful and a very clean location. Dr. Bal and team you are greatly loved and appreciated! Thanks again for all your guys hard work. You a deserve 10 🌟 review.
