Very compassionate veterinary care, very fair with charges and diagnosis / prognosis. Fit in urgent appointment for our kitty when returning from holidays. Does not recommend additional testing when it will not change outcome. Handled our questions and concerns very well.

We had to put a dear family pet down. Due to cancer. She was my 20 yr old sons 10 yr old cat. The clinic doctor and staff were very compassionate . And did not push more tests when it more then likely wouldn't have helped.

Yesterday- Sept 29, 2020 we put our Maltese -Rimbey- to sleep. After 15 years of dedicated, professional, compassionate and loving care provided by Drs. Burgess and particularly Dr. Wunch along suppotive staff Lorraine and Angela- our best friend, psychologist, companion and side-kick, peacefully said good-bye. Dr Wunch- you are an angel. Your commitment, your knowledge and your patience will never be forgotten. Thank you.

I have been going to the St. Albert animal clinic for many years ....Dr Burgess and her staff are amazing to work with.
