Petro-Canada & Car Wash

So I decided to use the car wash yesterday. I follow all directions and put my car in neutral as it starts to pull my car toward I hear loud cracking noises. I finish the car wash and immediately check my car to find this on my front driver side tire. The cashier comes out and I said this obviously is not my fault, she agrees and says don’t worry they will pay for it just come fill out a report. She assures me that someone will call me in the morning as it’s almost 4pm. By 3pm today still no call! I call and was told they will call me. Now it’s more than 24hours since the incident and no one has called me as of yet. Super frustrated, she didn’t even offer to refund my car wash. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!

My recent visit after the refurbishment and new ownership left me impressed. The service was great especially from Trent who assisted me in filling up my vehicle with fuel and washing my windows. I highly recommend this gas station.

Went in at 11:45pm on February 19th. Wanted to buy a Netflix gift card and Visa prepaid card cashier was rude and told me hes not allowed to do it and went back to playing on his phone. Went to a different petro can and I was told all stores are allowed to activate it at anytime. Wont be going to this gas station again
