my dog locked me out of my car... I was in there long enough to do a soap pass and than a rinse (maybe 5 to 7 mins I have a small cobalt) than I realised my dog locked me out of my car... I went to ask for a string and eventually broke into my car... it WASN'T busy in there,my being in there breaking into my car didn't cause then to lose any money or business (wasn't busy there were empty bays the whole time! there wasn't a line up of vehicles trying to get in) and she wanted to charge me $45! and took it down to $20!.... I can understand $10 to $15 max but I mean come on have a little compassion and understanding! I didn't plan on my silly dog to lock me out I didn't use the water or anything that directly COST YOUR BUSINESS MONEY trying to break into my car, they definitely DIDNT lose business with my car being in there! and than I don't know if it was a language barrier but when I was trying to explain my side she could only focus on how she took off $25... GREEDY and zero compassion... I will go to the coin wash on the other side of town from now on aaand make sure to take my keys out haha... I get you are a business and want to make money but you should also have understanding for your CUSTOMERS if something unforeseen happens within your facilities... wont be going back and will be cautioning people about how you treat customers...
