I wish I knew and used Hughes years ago. They are amazing. So many bays available

Just went and wasn't able to get my car clean. I had to use 3 different bays. Bay 1: Leak at the connection, water dripped down the whole time and was not able to get pressure. Moved to bay 2... Bay 2: Attempted to use the soap... surprise! Degreaser. Talked to the lady up front and she reimbursed me the token I had used. No complaints towards staff. Moved to bay 3... Bay 3: Soap seemed weak. Left with dirt marks on my car. Decided to cut my losses and leave. Save your time, drive to the Hughes on 60th ave/99th street. I've gone there so many times and never had issues. Updating this review 4 years later: it’s the same. Convenient location, but extremely frustrating when it works 40-50% of the time. I can’t understand how this location still sucks 4 years later.

Plenty of bays. Reasonable rates. Easy options for paying. Update 22 Sept 20: Now getting quite a bit shorter time per token, not really good value anymore.

I have no idea why people go here to wash their cars they're so cheap on the soap that my car looks worse after washing it there ! Made the mistake of washing my car here last week because it was hardly dirty and I wasn't near my favourite car wash ! Complete waste of ten bucks, now I have to wash it again. I will say though the staff is amazing there and I love the ladies who work there.
