When I was first looking at booking this trip Lori was super helpful and answered my emails quickly. After we paid for the trip she would ignore my emails and calls. We finally received our travel documents only days before we left. We had a large group and our group seating was stupidly booked so that me and my husband were supposed to be split up. Overall not happy and will not book through here again.

I want to thank Lori and her team for her great support and planning of our trip through Italy. We encountered a few hiccups along the way and Lori was able to get us back on track and in one case we were given a room upgrade and gift card. We will be back to Parkland for our Cruise this fall.
