i highly recommend working out at this location. staff are very friendly and professional and lots of equipment to use. I would also like to commend my personal trainer Darrell for the amazing workout routines he provides and for going above and beyond when it comes to pushing me and making sure that the routines we do are done properly and are balanced. Most importantly, in just half of our sessions my wife and i are starting to notice results. kudos to Darrell and the gold's gym country hills team. keep up the good work!
As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others. The General Manager, Dwayne is one of the best manager I ever witnessed. He is very Energetic and postive. He is highly passionate to have everyone back in the gym, specifically in this pandemic. Country Hills Location is Lucky to have him around. Thank you!!!
i enjoy working out there. I was not very punctual but since i start my personal training sessions with Darrel, a lot has been improved. I am always excited to go cuz he has always something new for me. he pushes me to do do more every session. The level of patience he shows with me i admire that. I feel stronger and happier after every session. I think he is the best.
Country hills golds is an amazing gym to work out at. It is always clean and comfortable to be in, as well the staff members are always friendly and make every encounter extremely warm and welcoming. ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS about this location is purely personal and undeserved. I have worked out at golds for most of my life, also being a member at good life and world health and golds is by far my favourite! Hopefully others find golds as satisfying as I do!
Today September 16 around 8pm I was in line waiting to get into the gym when the staff member at the door decided he wanted to start letting in his brown friends who just showed up and went to the front of the line like their time is more valuable than everyone else or are they paying more than everyone else for special privileges?
