Don’t believe what they say! They would say anything to make you sign up. I work late so I asked them before I sign up if it’s ok if I am late to classes, they said sure. Then after I signed up, they cane up with a new policy. If you’re one min late to classes you cannot attend the class and if you don’t cancel 3 hours before the class begins and don’t show up they charge you. Gym is supposed to be fun. It’s not supposed to add more stress to people’s lives!!!!

I am not sure if it's the new management or if it's just to cut costs, but what this gym is doing is going to eventually get people to leave this club. You currently pay for towel service and showers which you don't get. The AC is set to a temperature that basically forces any workout to make you sweat in excess. Oh and did I mention there's no towel service to keep sweat out of your eyes. They even had the guts to cut the coolers at the water fountains because you know... The 100 watt cooler will save them a few pennies on their electric bill. I used to love this gym, but now I'm not so sure I want to stick around.

One of my all time favorite gyms in the city! The all around experience is incredible. The staff is all super amazing, and help you out so much, and all the extras like the food and pool are an excellent touch! I can't wait to get back in there for another workout every time I leave!

Worst gym in town. The way they treated my friend during this Covid crisis is deplorable. They charged his card for April when gyms were closed. When they opened in July, they started charging again. The manager said they will refund July fees but not April because my friend didn't give notice. My friend wants all his back returned, more than $600. We are going into December, no refund and now the manager doesn't pick calls or answer emails. Be warned, do not be sweet talked into signing a contract- you will regret it.
