Lying admin staff! Careful!!!!! before you sign because if you want to cancel you have to move 50 km away and no other anytime fitness 5 km close to you with proof, die, being completely disabled or pay the rest of the months you signed for EVEN tho when you sign they say you JUST need 30 day notice to cancel it a LIE and if you call they basically tell you sorry nothing we can do!! I wanted to cancel cause I can’t afford it but of course they don’t care about your wallet or finances they just want their money! There’s other gyms that will let you cancel cause you never know when a pandemic it’s going to tore your finances. Or whatever the future holds so check your options!!! Also it’s small and short equipped for the price!

Best gym ever. I wish I could get to more classes with my schedule but I fit it in when I can and I’m grateful for that. Staff, members, facility, equipment - all are the very best. Donna is simply one of the greatest leaders out there also. Her vision created this best in class atmosphere. Bringing great people together and helping all of us get to a healthier place. Truly remarkable gym with remarkable people.

Update: unfortunately this location did not stand behind the statement they made that 30 days would not be necessary to cancel a membership during Covid. All they did was repeat the measures they took to keep a safe environment. Though this is appreciated it does not address the original issue about the 30 days needed to cancel a membership during the pandemic. It is disappointing that they stuck to “big business” tactics and chose to go against what they had said over the phone versus what a pre-covid contract stated. Luckily I was able to cancel for October without having to go in. Completely unimpressed with the way this location is dealing with COVID-19. At first they were very understanding of the situation and agreed to freeze the account for 3 months while we waited to hear what would happen. I was told that if I froze the account I could make up my mind later and decide to continue the freeze, cancel the membership or go back. I was also told that the regular 30 day notice would not be needed. This wasn’t the case. I was charged and am now being told that I won’t be refunded and that 30 days notice IS required. We’ll see what happens over the next few days as I give this spot a chance to make good on what I was originally told.
