I joined Koko FitClub Calgary North in January 2020 with a goal to be able to fit back into my wedding dress by my 10 year anniversary in October. By June I had already accomplished this goal and was able to keep moving forward onto the next goal. What is great about Koko is the combination of a personal fitness and nutrition coach to help hold you accountable and keep you on track and motivated, plus an easy to follow nutrition plan that has you eating regular food and a fantastic fitness program. Even throughout Covid and temporary closure of the gym the support from the staff and KokoNut community kept us connected, inspired and motivated. I am so proud to be a member of this gym and would highly recommend Koko to anyone who is ready to transform your life in real and lasting ways. If you’re willing to commit and invest in yourself Koko is ready to commit to you and help make your goals a reality.

Just an update to my review. The owner has resolved this issue. The unused time was refunded. Thanks for the consideration. Tricky program--Remotely. The owner offered me a discounted rate of $45 per week but was charged $51.25 instead. I feel it's a ripped-off. This fee is for the "Trainer" to check my daily weight and measurements, ask me how I am doing, given me a list of food to eat, gave me a link to zoom to do exercise. I realized after two weeks that's it's too much money just for checking on me daily. They even charged me for the week that I didn't even used. Apparently, I was late for a day to cancel that they cannot refund. This is not right.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge The support daily has been amazing. From daily accountibility email check ins too a live coach. The meal plan was your own food which really made the program easier to manage. They offer fantastic classes and great programs built in to the treadmill and weight systems. I have just completed my 6 weeks and ready to do another. I am over the moon with my results.

Fantastic support, helpful staff, and caring owners, has been my experience with Koko FitClub Calgary North. Finished the “Challenge” program meeting my goals and signed up as a member to continue with my wellness journey. This is a program where you are going to work hard and it takes personal commitment and a drive to succeed. If you are wanting to make a difference in your health and fitness this program combines group and personal training with a great nutrition program. Koko FitClub helped me move beyond just “living” with a stabilized chronic health condition to strive for more and take my wellness to the next level. All the best to you if you are wanting to make a healthy change, certainly a great program and fitness club to dig into your goals.
