I absolutely love this gym. The staff are amazing. Everyone encourages each other and it is a great atmosphere.

When you signed up they will not tell you that you have to pay for a $103 cancellation once you decided to quit. I started my membership last July 2020, until month of September I send Email to Tina for quitting this membership since my working schedule was getting hectic. I didn’t get response so I called them around 1st week of October. Take note that I only visit the gym twice since the day I signed up. The front desk who answered my call explaining that I only have 2 option -1st is freezing my account for 3 months paying $50 -2nd was Cancellation that cost $103. after 30days. So I let this gym charge me for bi weekly membership payment. Until November came, I come to their gym and paying for the cancellation $103. The front staff was so smart, she ask me to sign, I thought it was only the cancellation paper so I signed. But when she printed out she said That I WILL BE STILL CHARGE UNTIL DECEMBER! So cruel! and so Heartless! It’s pandemic and people are working hard to survive while this company are keep on implementing their heartless policy that wasn’t explained in the first place. I feel mad and disappointed, I can’t imagine that I double my working hours to the point I wasn’t able to visit gym while this company are keep deducting $63 a month without educating their customer before they signed up!

I have been coming here twice a week and get greeted by great staff. The manager Stephanie is great and Asmaa has been really helpful in assisting me to achieve my goals and results. Great environment, highly recommended

I really like working out a this gym because I feel really comfortable. One of the workers named Asma is really sweet, always has a smile on her face and always helps me as well as other members. She pushes me to do better and has lots of positive energy.

I signed up with Asmaa and she made the entire process so easy. She never fails to make me feel welcomed and motivated. She put me on the best plan and showed me effective ways to reach my goals. Highly recommend her!
