Do not get a membership here. The gym looks like it is high quality, but actual operations are very poor. They have provided no communication regarding their COVID operations to their members, and occasional check-in's has shown they do not enforce any mask wearing or cleanliness standards. I have been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months and they are still billing me.

This gym is fine as a gym. Their customer service is abysmal. I have been trying to get two simple answers from them about my membership cancellation for over a month and every time I get in touch with customer service I get half of my answer, and then they ghost me on the second half, saying they will get back to me and then never coming back with the answer. This has happened with three different customer service reps, in email, on the phone, and on the online chat. I cannot wait to never deal with them again.

I cancelled my membership and they continue to charge me. I have talked to 3 separate agents and they say they will call back in 5 minutes and never did. I then called for a fourth time to speak to a manager. They say he is busy he will call me in 10. I called them for a 5th time today and they don’t even pick up. This is insane how they can treat customers like this. READ THIS BEFORE YOU SIGN UP.

Great place with excellent workout equipment. Clean washrooms and facilities. The manager Molly is great, very friendly, knowledgeable and honest.

I canceled my membership in July as I had to move provinces and lost my job and could no longer afford to be a member. I went in and spoke with the staff and canceled my membership. It is now October and they have started to charge me again! I am not even a member anymore! I have called serval times and been nice on the phone and the staff hung up on me twice!! I would understand hanging up on me if I was rude or swearing at them but I wasn't. Truly the most UNPROFFESIONAL company! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! Unless you want them to steal money from you!
