I joined the Sunshine Physio Yoga class as a beginner yoga student in 2014. Denise is an amazing teacher with a beautiful soul. Denise's yoga classes helped me with my pain management, mobility, and flexibility. I have very much enjoyed my time in her classes. My daughter and I have also been clients at the Sunshine Physiotherapy Clinic. The clinic has a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The staff there are extremely helpful and warm.

Izabella Dzikowski is the most phenomenal physiotherapist I have ever had the experience with. Walking properly and wearing a shoe on my left foot thanks to this special lady. (I'd give her a 10 ++) And now providing the same thorough treatments for my knees. Would not ever go anywhere else as she is so good. Great personality.

I injured my back five years ago and have experienced many physiotherapists and other treatment providers. Nothing compares to the professionalism and enthusiasm she has shown me. I appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions with patience and integrity. She understands the complexities of our anatomy and the physiology of an injury. She has consistently provided care that has expedited my recovery process, something that I've not been able to navigate the past five years. In summary, I find Isabella to be a healer of high moral character, ethical in her treatment with a deep medical knowledge. The bonus is her empathy, energy and dedication to us, her patients. Izabella has been the most professional and most helpful of all physical therapists I have ever seen and with a family of 6 - from mountain climbers, to soccer players to TMJ and migraines - we have seen our fair share. She is a very busy lady but made time to see my son when he dislocated his shoulder and her suggestions for orthodontists and chiro visits were spot on. She truly cares about her patients and we will gladly continue to support her new business of Be- Well Physiotherapy in Cochrane.

I have been a patient of Izabella for 15+ years. Before she has been recommended to me I thought that my career as a dentist was in serious jeopardy due to debilitating back spasms. At first I was a little sceptical about her being able to help me, since I have been seeing many different professionals: MDs, chiropractors, massage therapists, sports therapists and other physios with no improvement. My life, personal and professional, has been turned around within 2-3 sessions with Izabella. She is a brilliant clinician and wonderful, compassionate human being. She is honest telling her clients that either she will help within 3-4 treatments or she will help to seek another solution (referral) if she can’t help with her modalities.
