Momentum Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab - Okotoks

This was my first experience with a physiotherapist! Stephen came highly recommended and I can see why. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.. even with the needling ! I came to Stephen with hip pain and we worked together for many months. His professionalism, caring, and kind personality along with his friendly and caring staff never went unnoticed. Stephen always checked in on myself and also my family members. Thank you for your encouragement along the way when I thought my hip would not get any better, your skills and knowledge that you applied to help me.I persevered and religiously did my exercise program and can honestly say that I am back to running sand doing exercises I couldn't before. I truly have benefitted from being a client at momentum and would not hesitate to choose Stephen and his clinic again!

Truly a staff who knows what they are doing and does their research effectively. Momentum Physio is on the forefront of physio practices in a variety of areas. I have been impressed with the professionalism in my appointment(s) and have enjoyed their Simple Set exercise program with ease for my daily work towards recovery. Excellent people all around! The reception staff are welcoming and effective, they have a ton of great physiotherapists (I’ve seen several of them), as well as an awesome massage therapist. For all your injuries whether they’re from sports, life, age, whatever, this is absolutely the place to get put back together.

Very friendly and positive atmosphere at this clinic. I work with Stephen, who is a top notch physio by any measure (I've seen many in my life). He really cares about your issues and pays very close attention to what you have to say. He will try everything to fix your injuries (and most likely will). Once your treatment is done, a kineseologist will bring you to a gym and will coach you to do the exercises prescribed. It's way better than a physio sending you home with a bunch of exercises that you forget how to do or just never get around to doing them. After about 10 years of battling shin splints, they're almost gone. A big part of it was doing the exercises to reinforce and activate specific muscles. I'm now running 50km a week injury free. I recommend this clinic to all my friends and especially anyone with sports injuries.

I had not seen a physiotherapist before and was referred to momentum by a friend. The crew at momentum was welcoming, helpful and great to chat with. They gave exercises and stretching to do at home after showing the technique in the clinic. I later met Stephen who completed a running assessment and my running has improved significantly.
