I was seen by Brian Yu for a back injury in November. I found his bedside manner to be quite poor and he was condescending. He actually commented to another physiotherapist how inflexible I was compared to sprinters while working on me. Also, as he was conversing while stretching me, he wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing and aggravated my injury. He asked if I was okay, and at the time I didn’t feel it, but for a few days afterwards was quite sore. Luckily, he passed me over to another physiotherapist, whose name I unfortunately have forgotten. She was excellent, and helped me recover. Front office staff was also excellent. Solid clinic, just watch who you get.

This place is absolutely great! I've recently started seeing Paula and Christine at this location for physiotherapy and they are both wonderful. Very friendly and educate you on your injuries as they work on you. The front desk ladies, Bianca and Marcia are super helpful and always so friendly. I've visited other physiotherapists in the city, but I have had the BEST experience here! Check them out!

My doctor gave me a requisition for Physiotherapy due to a car accident. I called here to book an appointment. The receptionist mentioned it was getting close to 90 days since the accident and something about a protocol, that she needed to talk to the insurance agent first. Being December when I called she also said people my be on holidays, took phone number and said she would call me back. A week went by I called again an the receptionist said she had not talked with the agents and assured me she would call me back after talking to the insurance agents. Another week went by and I did not recieved a call back from this clinic. So I called another clinic "Maximum Potential Physiotherapy". The receptionist booked me an appointment right away. At the appointment I filled out the necessary paperwork, completed an assesment and began treatment the same day.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. They always take great care of me!
