Our waitress Terri and the Manager (Tall guy in a suit lol) made our dining experience everything you could ask for and more during these uncertain times. Such fantastic service and communication. Just felt like they were really great people and we didn’t mind any wait or anything because they were so clear in setting our expectations of service instead of trying to oversell us. They are down to earth people and it really shows! Amazing servers

Had dinner by myself yesterday during happy hour and waitress Terry gave some amazing recommendations and her service was very professional. The Nashville sandwich hit the spot perfect! And the rhino ale was awesome during happy hour. My waitress had an impressive liquor knowledge and curated the best cocktails when I explained my taste. I loved every drink she said she thinks I’d like. My first time visiting an Earls and it will definitely be my new go to regular spot... See you soon!

Great experience. Fantastic & friendly young server. The manager came around to check on us. Our meals were fresh & delicious. First time I tried the Roasted Chicken & Truffle Mashed Potato dish, and it was superb. One of the best chicken dishes I've had. And it's a great price during happy hour to boot. Well done, Earls Richmond!!

Brunch at Earls with the girls on Saturday mornings are highlights in my life that I cherish. We always get Kevin as our server and he's honestly such a joy! He makes sure we get everything we need and makes sure we leave feeling great and a bit tipsy. Although prices have gone up for their Brunch Happy Hour, they make up for it with their lovely people like Kevin.
