I had keys cut here. When I called to inquire about available services, they were very helpful over the phone. They were able to cut my keys quickly and properly. Over all I am very happy and will continue to use this business for my small business needs.

Said he would be 5 was 20. Was extremely rude, and was not prepared. Also didn't have change. Would not recommend.

I was locked out of my car during -25 weather conditions in the middle of the night. I called Charlie's Security and Howard came right away with his van. He had great customer service and opened my car in 10 minutes. I am very impressed with this company!!! Highly recommend.

Was blown away with the level of service provided during emergency in fort McMurray. Howard was able to open the door and even create a new keyv quickly while there was a flood downtown and Midway in the covid-19 pandemic. Thank you so much and will always recommend this business! Quite possibly literally a life saver.
