After completing 1 part of our major renovation to our strata building exterior. We realized part of the gutter was not cleaned properly and that its clogged up by some debris. Immediately contact this company who told us it was not their fault with the cleaning of our gutter. I was told they will have to provide additional quotation to repair it. Since then it was over 3 months they kept us hanging. Finally they refuse to honor the quote. In return this company informed our strata they have the rights to refuse a quote that was provided. I am extremely disappointed with this company. They take no responsibility. Updated: Your response has confirmed your excuses for providing poor customer service, rather than finding a solution with your customer. Anyways, I will not scoop any low to their level over this situation. This platform is to allow others to express their experiences with this company. I want others to know, even though this company provided a quotation, and had signed and agreed to this contract. We wait for over 3 months for them to complete this project, and at the end their response was, they are not obligated to make any commitments to any quotation, even when a contract was signed. Our Strata was pretty much left hanging and was told to seek other companies to complete the job they started but will not complete. I wish the best for this company. Their father had built a fine company, hopefully the next generation does ruin it.

Our basement flooded and we needed a lot of work done. Atlas was quick to fit us in, the workers were always on time and they even cleaned up after themselves! We were very impressed with the service and workmanship - thank you Atlas for restoring our basement!

Your employee purposely floored your work van so that he can't let me merge due to construction. Then after he tailgated me before honking and flipping me off on Richmond No. 2 and Westminster Hwy.
