I am extremely disappointed that at a friends wedding they provided the bill the evening before her wedding, changed vehicles on her last minute, charged her WAY more than what was quoted and continued to fight and go back on their word even though she has proof via email. Save the trouble and go with another company. Customer service is EVERYTHING and they didn’t even try to find a common ground. 10/10 disappointed. That should be the last thing someone has to worry about during their wedding..... FOR AN HOUR LONG DRIVE.
If there was an option to not give a star , I would. I am writing from AVIVA Canada, a major company that trusted "A Limo & Sedan Service" To deliver their promise of a ride to PAYING customers (they charged us in advance). The driver was not only late, but their timing belt went on the limo, once this happened we waited almost 2 hours for a mechanic who advised he could not fix this on the road. During this whole fiasco, the owner was nowhere to be found , could not be contacted and made no arrangements to bring another vehicle over to us. We ended up going with another company, were out $1000.00 which was charged already and have not heard back from the owner since the first week of January.
I would HIGHLY advise against doing any business with this company, their customer service is poor, their business is fraudulent.
I have used A Limo and Sedan service for the last 5 years for a special event and I can say every time they have been professional, reliable, and very accommodating. I strongly recommend!!
The selection was wild the price is outstanding the service impeccable and I really recommend it to everybody out there looking for a limo in red deer
I was invited on a night out with some friends and they'd booked a party bus with A Limo and Sedan. First off, they were very unorganized from the start and showed up over an hour late. Once we got going the driver was very unsafe, taking corners at high speeds and then abrupt stops trying to get us to our event on time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money - book somewhere else, I know I will be.
