I had the most wonderful experience going into the Rosenthal Clinic for the first time for a free consultation. The technician I met with, Katy, was extremely knowledgeable and spent time with me going through a multitude of services they offer. She was patience with my questions and clear in her responses. She was also very clear with results and expectations and pricing. She helped find ways for me to bundle things and get discounts here and there. I decided on a treatment plan with her and expressed I wanted to start before I left for a business trip in 4 days!! She fit me in the next day!! It was so wonderful. She also strategized to make the most use of my time while I was there and to meet with Dr. Rosenthal as well. Which was super lovely and appreciated. I would recommend Rosenthal and her staff to anyone. I never felt pressure and am extremely happy and confident in my treatment.

I had Coolsculpting done in June 2019. I was told it would take 3 months to show any change or difference. It has been 5 months now and I have seen no change at all. I was told that I had the right body for this procedure to work well. I go to the gym and workout regularly, I have a fat pocket on my inner thighs that create friction, which often causes a rash when it's hot out and I do a lot of walking. When I had my consultation I was told it doesn't work on everyone but that is just a very small percentage of people and I an not over weight so it usually works. I guess that is not me, it's very frustrating to spend that kind of money ($1,400) and get nothing. My consultation was great, very friendly and excited and the procedure was simple and was exactly as explained. I got one email after about 2 months and I said no changes so far, and that's all I've heard from them. They said the would want me to come in after for a follow up and to take pictures but haven't heard a thing since.....I guess there is no reason to take a picture if there is no change.

Exceptional. I spent a lot of time researching various services and I didn’t get a good feeling from other companies in town. They seemed rude, cold and arrogant in comparison. Or, under educated and desperate. In contrast, the entire team here is very well trained and educated, have an impressive bedside manner and their treatments are very effective. I always feel well cared for and in great hands with the ladies here so I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was quite nervous to try Botox, but Katy and Dr.Rosenthal made the experience painless.Katy was able to answer all of my questions and concerns, as well as ease my nerves. Would highly recommend this clinic and look forward to future services.
