Excellent hair cut, got me in quickly. Maybe its been that long since I went to a shop (home clipper cuts) or Covid has raised prices, but 36 bucks before tip for a trim seemed like a lot for 45 minutes of work? But...a job well done.

Sorry, but I'm still dwelling on how unimpressed I was with my hairdresser about a week ago. There were so many things that she failed to do properly, including straightening my hair nicely etc etc - I fixed it myself when I got home, and as a result of her errors she ended up staining my shirt with bleach or hair dye... I did appreciate the professional help I received from the manager today though where he helped to fix the situation with my ruined shirt. The staff there are nice, I'm guessing I didn't receive the most experienced hair dresser the day I went. Anyway I'll give 3 stars, because of my experience today :)
