The physiotherapists here are very professional and accommodating. The exercises and therapy recommended were helpful and I’m very happy with the results. Friendly staff, definitely reccommend!

my therapist was very unprofessional. She prescribed me a list of exercises and promised to send the instructions to me. She never sent them until more than a week later, after I inquired about it twice. The exercises didn't really help and I somehow got slightly worse. I saw a different physio who took a very different approach and advised against her exercises. I am now much better

Client-centered. Accommodating and caring staff. This is my first time to undergo physiotherapy and I felt looked after. My injury site has been stronger and I got back to work taking the same workload pre-injury.

Doesn't honor what has been communicated. No trust in the system and zero customer service in resolving issues. It will take forever to get to talk to somebody. The reception aka manager and whatever is always screening the call.
