I simply cannot say enough AWESOME things about the Lifemark Sport Medicine clinic at the Richmond Oval. The physios/kines professionals I have been working with have been so greatly helpful. After a really bad car accident, I have seen significant improvement in well being and mobility because of their help. Both my Physiotherapist (Lu) and my Kinesiologist (Elisa) are exceptional professionals. They are helpful, encouraging, patient, and kind. And they are so incredibly motivating in the most positive manner possible. And it does not end with just the healthcare staff. Their office administrators are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. If you are looking for any form of physical rehabilitation I so highly recommend this place.

I could not thank Paris enough for the fantastic therapy I’ve had from her. I was frustrated with the mis-diagnoses from other physio that I was referred to her. She was very thorough with her assessment & precise with the treatment & exercises taken home. With just a total of 3 treatments I am now pain free but working on my muscle strengthening. I will not hesitate to recommend her for physio needs. All the best & thank you once again.

Highly recommend Adam for physio. He is well versed in different aspects of physiotherapy but is manual therapy is superb. Most importantly he listens and works with me as a client to address whatever the problem is. I have had mediocre experiences with physios in the past but would definitely recommend Adam for physio treatment.

Twisted my knee, so my sports doctor recommended Lifemark for my physio. Jordan white was my therapist and he is awesome! Very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Great staff all around, very clean, I highly recommend!

Although it is the only place I have been to for physio treatment, everyone at Lifemark is so great! The front receptionists are efficient and kind, and my physiotherapist Jordan was amazing! My wrist was incapable of bearing weight for many months, and after a few sessions with Jordan I can now do most exercises and activities with little to no restraint or pain! He was thorough through the whole process, explained the mechanics of the body, and different ways to prevent pain and further improve my wrists even after our sessions were completed!
