From the moment I met Natalie at reception, to my 6 experiences with my physiotherapist Adam Schwartz, I felt well taken care of but most of all, I was helped through my neck, shoulder and low back pain. Adam gave me simple exercises to do at home and told me no more than 10 minutes per day. I found this to be very doable as well as helpful! I appreciated Adam giving me simple directions in written format so I could follow up at home. I highly recommend Adam, he never left my side for 30 minutes and made sure I understood what I needed to do to help myself. A great business tucked in Steveston BC!! Thanks again Adam!

I have had the pleasure of working with Linda for over 5 months now and she has been nothing short of excellent! She is very knowledgable and takes the time to explain to you why your issues occur and how they can be solved which gave me a much better understanding of what treatment is needed and why. She truly cares about seeing you get better and gives you a program to work on at home along with the treatment in office. I look forward to being back competing at a high level in my sport with her help. I'd definitely recommend her services to anyone who needs it!

Empower Physiotherapy's staff are knowledgeable, caring and patient. I have been seeing Adam to treat a wrist condition, and thanks to my treatment sessions at Empower Physiotherapy, my wrist has improved considerably. Adam always takes the time needed to listen to my questions, has continually offered guidance and support on my road to recovery, and most importantly, has equipped me with the knowledge I need to continue caring for and treating my wrist injury at home. As part of my treatment, I also had a session with Linda (Empower's hand specialist), who custom-built a wrist brace specifically tailored to my injury - this made a huge difference compared to the over-the-counter brace I had previously been using, and I am extremely grateful that I had access to that level of service with Empower Physiotherapy. I really appreciate that Empower's treatment sessions are truly one-on-one, with the undivided attention of your therapist for the duration of your treatment session. If I ever need physiotherapy in the future, Empower Physiotherapy will be my first and only call. Thanks Adam! Thanks Empower Physiotherapy!

Empower Physio has exceeded all my expectations. You receive the therapists full attention, proper care and are a priority as they offer 1-on-1 appointments. Therapists are knowledgeable and the clinic is clean and well organized. Anant has be wonderful in assisting me with my recovery from a recent car accident Highly recommend them.

from the first phone call to full service this place is friendly, calming, and consistent. Making appointments and reminder notices well in advance kept me on track. Really effective treatment planning with education on why to do certain movements to get better. Thank you Empower Physio.
