Not impressed. Replacement sole was misaligned at the heel, which should have been obvious to the cobler the moment he put it on. It left a tab that regularly caught on things ànd eventually pulled the sole away. He trimmed the tab and reglued the sole but not well. Every time I step on it, it makes a squishy noise. Not going back.

Excellent service. Brought in a pair of boots to repair the soles on short notice and he was able to help me out in a bind. Did a really nice job in only a few hours.

Horrible experience - do not go there!!! I brought $200 boots in to get a new 8" zipper on them. No word for 3 weeks so I stopped by to pick up. My boots were damaged, had the wrong coloured zippers and he wanted $110 (even though a friend got 12" zippers on her boots and paid $75). They didn't take responsibility for damage, nor did they offer to reduce the price. I wasn't given my boots back. Soraya's alterations is also owned by this guy so beware!!

Needed to get new keys cut for house. Service was super fast and friendly! Way faster than other places I’ve gotten keys cut in past.
