Absolutely the best! They went above and beyond to make my move from Vancouver island to the mainland as smooth and timely as possible. Their team were consistantly friendly, hard working and professional. I hired them to take over from another company that wouldn't follow through and BC movers saved the day! I only wish I went with BC Movers first! They worked tirelessly to organized, accommodate and deliver our household items safely and efficiently. Their crew of J & J weŕe friendly and prompt. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I am grateful for their effort.

The crew arrived on time and got right to work. My move went very quickly and smoothly. They reassembled anything that had to be disassembled to move, and put all the furniture and boxes in the rooms and locations where I wanted them. I would absolutely use this company again.

We used BC Moving and Storage last month in August.. I booked them for the afternoon. The movers came by and told me that it would take longer then expected. Loading the truck started at 2 pm and finished at 10 pm. The movers couldn’t finish the move on the same day so they had to come back the next day in the morning. The company is not well organized . The movers were nice but overwhelmed. I believed this comes from the owner. When we first booked everything , it was well done. We talked to Peggy and she was great. We really loved our experience with her but unfortunately the day of the move was a nightmare. The movers damaged our couch and our bookshelves. There was no follow up on that and I certainly don’t recommend this company.

BC moving has been an amazing help for me during covid-19. When I was asked to quickly move out of dorms at the University of Victoria in March BC moving was able to move all my belongings out of my dorm and store them for me in a timely manner. They also helped deliver items I had in storage since I am currently not living in Victoria.

Recently I used BC Moving & Storage to transport and store my belongings and subsequently to relocate. I found the movers to be polite and professional and the owner to be very responsive in order to provide the best customer service possible. Thanks Adam!
