Your Friend With A Truck showed up at a storage facility in North Vancouver Oct 26 and had two trucks park side by side. Making it impossible for customers to go around them. When the movers were asked to move off to the side politely, the one guys response was "F##k off, they can wait, I'm just a swamper you idiot" Classy.

He answered the phone. I asked if he could do a job. He simply said he had no time and hung up.

The movers are completely unprofessional and the owner is a BIGOT. Stay away from this company.

Lyall and his staff were great! We booked them with pretty short notice and the timing worked perfectly. They were on time, helpful and very friendly. I was so so so so so impressed when I saw the back of their truck and everything was wrapped and belt strapped down - I've actually never had another moving company do that and always received broken items at the second stop! Most of the items we had moved were antique wood and of high sentimental value and everything arrived perfectly without a scratch - they even wrapped swinging glass doors in plastic wrap. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I 100% recommend and will only use Lyall for all my future moving needs! :D

Crooks. The movers showed up on time, worked professionally and had my entire move done in an hour (there were only five pieces of furniture). And then they charged me $210. You see they charged us a full second hour for travel time from their shop to our house (google map says it is 10 min away by vehicle). So keep this in mind, to even have them arrive at your house they will charge you $80. We left a complaint and their owner/manager quit conversing with us after the second email. I will take down this negative email (that is well deserved) should you ever reimburse us the roughly $40CAD that you overcharged us for, and then ignored us.
