All pasted one star ⭐ are truly issues. The lady was terribly rude and annoying. Besides her impolite guesture, she really have psychopathy symptom. She definitely not suitable to work in the customer service field. I was going to send a small parcel, but she refused my order by the address printing was, too big. Then I went to another postoffice near by and accepted without any questions. This office definitely waste my time and ruin my mood.

The staff is incredibly rude. When asked for simple information, they have scoffed and made judgemental faces. They’re always in a rush and are almost aggressive in their way of dealing with their customers. Would highly recommend this store be avoided. Would rather go to a post office further away than go here.

Refused to print out the tracking number for me, and simply dumped my package in a pile without scanning. The lady insisted I could just take a picture of the tracking number, but a picture is not the same as a receipt. I have the tracking number, but not the record that it was received and processed by the post office, plus what kind of service withholds a receipt for the customer? I left because I didn't want to make a fuss, but in hindsight, I should have retrieved my package and sent it elsewhere.

Clerk was not wearing a mask and eating while attending to me. In these Covid times, not only is it unprofessional, its downright irresponsible.

Ensure you bring your ID with you, even if you’ve already called ahead or have your card. You’ll rarely get through if you call first to confirm your parcel is still there. The fax machine is the most you will get. Once you arrive, the service can be friendly if you get to know them, remain polite, and attend often.
