kids are not receiving half there gifts this year ... half items shipped together arrived while half are in this facility some being there for 9 days because i can only assume they were lost,due to some of the package getting here and not the rest ... living rural we relied on online shopping this year. on top of relying on this service for my babies formula ( born premature and his formula is not sold in town). Because the package never arrived on time we had to drive to vernon to get the formula he needed... Disappointed! The packages that have arrived showed up on time at least ...

Compared to the Lansdowne location, I received good service here from Sonia the attendant right before they were about to close. She was professional and got my mail set up for delivery. I see the previous reviews are mixed for this location so perhaps I was lucky. But I will be coming to this post office more often instead of the one at Lansdowne, where I ALWAYS receive bad service.

Staff was unfortunately extremely rude. My partner brought a boxed item to return (no pre-printed shipping label) with the address and asked how to do it and the lady with an attitude kept scolding him on what he should and shouldn't have done....shipping something is not something we do on a regular basis which is why he asked for help. There was no need to embarass him for that.
