Not so friendly customer service everytime I have something to mail in. A little smile and pleasant tone will make a big difference.

The Worst Canada Post Service ever !!! Do not come here for canada post. They don’t know what customer service means.

Fast service. Accepted my parcel w/ label in about 10 seconds and did the entire process for registered parcel, paid with stamps, in about 5 minutes, which is the fastest I've seen. Recommended.

An Asian woman called ANNA or NANA, (sorry if I got wrong name) She is very nice, and very quickly find my package. I used to have bad experience from No.3 and Blundell PO coz a guy named Kevin was so mean and rude to customer. In here Shoppers, the rep are all great!

The one Chinese lady at front can be quite rude. I came in to deliver a package and was unaware of such conditions for international shipping. She pointed at a sign at the front and explained in an annoyed tone. She needs to understand that not everybody works at Canada Post or is up to date on recent changes.
