This is the first time I have used Amazon's pickup point. When I told the clerk that I was coming to pick up the package, they asked me to get my ID. Maybe I changed the address so they could not find my package, but The male clerk is very impatient. He said that "delivered" is displayed on your phone. Deliver followed by "ed" means that someone has already picked up your package. Then I told him my previous address and all the information I could provide. Finally they found my package. But until I left he never apologized for his impatience.

TLDR: Fast and helpful service that gets the job done well. Main Express Review: I live in the area and this is my go to Canada Post. The experiences that I’ve had coming over 10+ time over the past year have all been pleasant. I’ve been to other places and I’ve experienced issues such at language barriers, unhelpful / stressed employees, closures without notice. Many times I’ve been here they’ve spent extra time to help people that cannot read directions to save their firstborn. Quite impressed with how they deal with customers like these all day without ripping all their hair out. What do you want with a Canada post? Marine Express has it. 1. Fast. Tick. 2. Reliable. Tick. 3. Patient, helpful and offers solutions to your shipping problems. Tick. 4. Plenty of FREE parking nearby. Tick The shop isn’t the cleanest as there’s another repair business operating in the same unit but this Canada Post has their business together. They deserve more love for what they put in. Would definitely recommend this location to others. I’ve always been helped by Philip. Cool guy w/ heart in this game. You’ll notice him.

Terrible service. Employees do not know what they are doing and wasting customer time. My package was supposed to be delivered last week but they did not send my package. Sending medicine outside of country and they returned my package twice. Have no knowledge about sending medicine and they work for a mail company. Do not deal with these people, go directly to Canada Post or FedEx, not these commissioned agents.

The young asian guy is disrespectful. He has an attitude for no reason every time regardless of how nice you are to him. He once ripped my package open removing the slip and didn't even apologize. Another time he tried to upsell me. Learn how to treat people not just customers. No one owes these clowns anything. Been visiting this branch for some time now due to convenience but would suggest to use another better location where they value customers if possible
