To be honest I believe they should have more cashiers open to avoid the large amount of congestion at the tills other than that the staff was wonderful

I actually always have a pleasant experience here despite disliking grocery shopping. Kind staff, reasonable prices & selection of products.

Great place to shop. Polite. Clean carts. Have most of what I need in one shopping trip. Produce is fresh too! Not had any long waits to get in or to pay for purchases. Staff and other buyers respectful re social distancing. My "go to" grocery store!

Great gluten-free selection

I should be shopping here more often. They are second to none in the produce department. I also think their deli and baked goods are very good. Their prices are reasonable and it is a good feeling to support Vancouver Island business. They also provide local support for community non-profit organizations.
