The Market Garden

This little gem of a place is out of this world! It’s like a magic shop! It is classy and cute but romantic too somehow with nooks and crannies and little delicious this and that to delight your senses. You can tell, the owners take great pride in every single item they sell, and that they love their shop and care about the customer as well. You may find unique flower bouquets, canned chestnut from Italy, Italian marzipan, a chocolate lover’s paradise, vegan, and meat lover both can find yummy eats. The produce is always fresh and beautiful. You can find a unique variety of cheeses and even local body care and clothing. So fun just to wonder around inside while piano music is playing. Truly thankful to have such a shop here in Victoria.

Stunning space! Walking in is like taking a step back in time. Ton’s of specialty items like Non-alcoholic liquors, chocolates, herbs and deli items. Such a fantastic little neighbourhood shop!

very pleasant experience here. I love the layout, and although the selection is fairly narrow compared to a large chain supermarket, it had what I was looking for. plus it's super retro and reminds me of a full-on apothecary

Market Garden is a wonderful place to buy great food. the staff is helpful and the atmosphere is great. I am honoured for this wonderful business to be part of Vic West, our neighbourhood. It is more than a store, but a delightful experience. So much thought and creativity.
