Cornett Bldg (COR)

The persistent myth that Cornett is architecturally inspired by the human brain is probably untrue but I do remember thinking the whole thing was pretty weird in my undergrad. For an older building this one is not bad but its lecture halls are kind of flat and its segmentation is wonky. Brains/5

Great place to get extremely lost and confused

This building is old and dated. It's very difficult to find a class if you are unfamiliar with the building and in a rush. Apparently the building was built to resemble the human brain or something like that. As a result it has strange numbering and dead ends, probably perfect for housing social sciences. But it is interesting for a university building. And UVic wouldn't be the same without it.
