Janet made the heartbreak of losing our sweet dog Driver as positive as it could have been. To be able to have him pass humanely in the place he was most comfortable was such a gift to him and our whole family. She explained the process and how it might unfold so we would all know what to expect. Our family of five including our young adult children and even our younger dog were present and able to say goodbye all together in the privacy of our backyard where Driver loved to spend time chasing squirrels both real and imaginary. Janet Renton was very helpful at a time when it was not easy to get vet care as it was the holidays. She came out to see my kitty and I and, though my kitty is normally quite shy she just co operated so well with Janet. She addressed all my issues and spent a lot of time on following up with labs and so on, She gave me all the all the options and even recommended an herbal program which as worked well. I've had several veterinarians over the past fifteen years that I've lived in Victoria. On several occasions I've had only fair to poor service for my pets' care while paying premium prices. I've had good service at other clinics in town but often I have felt I've overpaid for the service provided or that I was pressured into getting unnecessary procedures. The service we have received from Epiphany however has been five star all the way. There is a drop-in fee of around 60 bucks but it is well worth it, and you won't be overcharged on exam costs, tests, medications, etc. For end-of-life care for you pet, nothing beats a home visit if a hospital visit can be avoided. The business owner is professional and knowledgeable but also very caring and compassionate. Service does not feel rushed. Give them a call, you won't regret it!
