Introductory Puppy grooming ($18) was an incredible deal. They made my husky pup -- 4 months old, not easy to deal with! -- all fluffy again! He enjoyed being with them, and they had great attention to detail. I'll be very happy to go back for any grooming needs!

Very easy to find products. Cant always find an associate to help you but they are around the store doing other jobs. Most of the staff are knowledgeable, but if buying a sm pet, make sure the staff person you find knows a lot about the animals. If not, find someone else or come back. Very friendly and semi low prices, and have always had what I needed in stock.

Staff always available and kind. There is a lot of things for all animal. Good place 😊

They're always super helpful and friendly. I guess I would be cheery if I got to see the pets that come in with their humans all day long

Adoption process was very smooth and fast. They give you plenty of coupons to make it easier to equip your home for a first cat.
