Canada Post Pacific Processing Centre

I don’t really think people are reading what they are doing when they get the package. They legit have to go and deliver it themselves. Which is not needed, since they could just send it to another postal facility closer to your home, and not go through the extra work. (That’s why some/most of you don’t get updates on your package)

Losing almost 1/3 of every packages that get sent to me over the past six weeks. Get it together Canada Post Richmond and hire some competent people please.

My parcel has been processing here for 9 days now and has not moved. I put in a service ticket but I probably won't get my item. I have to wait until Christmas to see if they deliver >:( it's a parcel for my business because I need to make money. I know it's a busy time of the year but I ordered other items before this parcel that went through the same facility and I received them already. The phone customer service is not helpful. They can't even go check on a parcel, they just do not care and will leave it sitting like its not their business. I ordered this stuff long ago. It should not take 9 days to process an item through 1 facility. Get your facility together.

I expedited a parcel to Vancouver November 28, 2020 . It was processed at Stoney Creek, Ontario and left for Richmond processing centre Dec 3. Since leaving Stoney Creek there’s never been an update to Canada Post Tracking. I am so furious!!! This is not the first or second or third time my posted mail to Vancouver has gone missing. Grrrrrrr!

Sent a package internationally on August 5th via Xpress Post. Prior to sending, I asked whether international service to Vietnam was still possible. Canada Post answered yes. Package sent via Xpress Post should've been delivered within 14 days. It has now been over a month with no tracking updates. Calling customer service is utterly useless as they have no additional information from tracking updates. Completely ridiculous considering I previously sent items via Fedex and DHL with no issues. Issue was resolved with Canada Post. I must say I was impressed by their level of customer service.
