Always an amazing experience interacting with the staff and vets from Oaklands. They are caring, compassionate, and have amazing bedside manner. Everyone genuinely cares about the animals and they actually LISTEN to what you say when you tell them you have a reactive dog and they give you enough time to actually tell you their triggers. This is the ONLY clinic I trust or will go to and they love my dog. It's just great.

A friend recommended Oaklands Vet Hospital to me when I was looking for a vet for our cat, Ambrose. I definitely made the right decision choosing them for his care. All of the staff that I have met have been so warm, kind and friendly. I feel like Ambrose is in very good hands with Dr. Burniston, and we look forward to having him continue taking care of our boy. It’s definitely an added bonus that appointments can be booked online and that you can see all your pets info, medications, and invoices online as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oaklands to anyone who is in need of a vet!

Hands down, the best vet clinic I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. These people are professionals. Compassionate, caring, and at the end of the day there isn't a doctor in this clinic that doesn't want to see the best outcome for you and your pet. I wish I would have found them sooner, but had dealt with 4 other clinics from Alberta to Victoria that didn't even come close to comparing to these amazing people. Thank you guys for everything. Oaklands vet clinic was my second choice after a bad experience with another vet clinic. They took very good care of my dog and answered all of my questions. The staff were incredibly friendly, and even though my puppy peed on the floor out of excitement they were still VERY kind. The vet did a wonderful job, she answered all my questions and concerns. I was incredibly happy with the outcome of my dogs appointment.
