I noticed that there were some negative reviews about this location and when I arrived today to drop off a package around 9am the door was locked and it stated that the post office was not opening until 10am. However, Stephanie the pharmacist came to the door and accepted my package! She even scanned it in for me since the post office was going to be late. I really appreciated this even though it clearly wasn't her job.

This is the best post office in Vancouver!! For me the most important factor in deciding if a place deserves a high score is not how big or small the place is, it’s the customer service and the people who worked there!! Claudia has been wonderful, friendly and so very professional!! She always remembers your name, smiles and just makes your day better!! I’ve been to many other post offices and have met very unfriendly faces. Thank you Claudia and the rest of the team for making our days better!! Meltem :-)

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Vikrant was very patient. He carefully checked everything and taught me some things about my place in the process. Now, here's what gets the 10 stars, when - what I assumed was too late for them to process my order because it was already near store closing time - my heart started to race. Uh-oh, bigger issue here. But, Vikrant calmly served me patiently. Look folks, customer service & exceptional experience like what I experienced from Vikrant is far & few. As a shipper who has had my share of frustrations, I felt that I was not all alone here. Vikrant was super skilled, friendly & kind in which really helped me in enjoying the process of using Canada Post. Thanks Canada Post, you helped me find a diamond in the rough & I would always use Vikrant for all my shipping needs.

What a great place! Just changed from my old post office on Cambie an 57th to this location. The employee that has been helping me alot this week his name is Vikrant what a great guy very helpful and makes it so easy every time I have come in there. Definitely my go too from now on for all my postage needs! Thanks
