49th Parallel Grocery

So 49th Parallel sells the Nescafe Gold Cappuccino Sachets for $6.49 a box. Everywhere sells them $4.99 or less and London Drugs sells them on sale at 2 for $7 now and then. An absolute ripoff at 49th. I don't mind paying a little bit more but come on! I've mentioned it to the ladies and it's just met with a well if you don't like it....sort of look. I am all about supporting local but don't rip us off completely.

Good customer service. Decent vegetarian & vegan product selection.

Staff was very bossy with the covid and moved an already established line, then let others just move on to the checkout, more worried about where the line was than maybe calling some more cashiers to alleviate the line. When I suggested this cashier got quite an attitude. Won't be shopping there anymore and I made a special trip to support this local business and I was treated like a bad person.

Full service grocery store without a loyalty program. Refreshing!

Always helpful employees and superb customer service. I have been shopping there for 23 years and I can't honestly remember receiving poor customer service. 😀
